Pathward is hiring a FI Relationship Manager II to join our prepaid gift card business line. In this role, you will be responsible for building deeper relationships with Financial Institution (FI) clients, growing market share, increasing card sales, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new Financial Institution clients, expanding our market reach.
- Provide maintenance and accountability for Pipeline activity.
- Drive business growth through performance and engagement.
- Maintain and improve client retention strategic goals, both proactively and reactively.
- Attend and represent Pathward at industry events.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the Support team, including calibrating with Management on submitted Opportunities.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies in partnership with Marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficient and well-organized.

- Compensation range: $60,000 – $100,500

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Work locations include Remote, Sioux Falls, SD, Scottsdale, AZ, Louisville, KY, Troy, MI, Franklin, TN, and Easton, PA.
