Global Amines Germany GmbH, part of the specialty chemicals company Clariant, is hiring a Feed Additive APAC Sales Manager to drive sales in the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for the sales of Feed Additive & Animal Health products directly to key accounts and through a network of local sales representatives and distributors.
What You'll Do
- Ensure sales targets are met for the responsible business group across Asia Pacific key accounts.
- Execute regional and global key account implementation strategies.
- Manage customer segmentation priorities, pricing, and margin aspirations.
- Prepare and control the sales budget.
- Oversee sales through Distributors & Agents, managing data collection, budgets, margins, and product portfolios.
- Contribute to collecting and maintaining marketing, competitor, and key account data.
- Take responsibility for updated Distributor/Agent due diligence and agreements in collaboration with compliance and legal teams.
- Analyze unmet customer needs and initiate innovation projects for new solutions or products.
- Build and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline.
- Update CRM with customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including CSD, SCM, Application Development, and Operations to fulfill customer requirements.
- Lead innovation sales projects as a project leader, managing stakeholders, timelines, and commercialization.
- Collaborate with other segments within Adsorbents APAC, Global, and other business units.
- Coordinate with other regions on global key account and distributor management.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Science or Biology.
Nice to Have
- A Master's Degree.
- Experience in Commercial, Sales, Technical Sales, Regulatory, or the Animal Health business.
Team & Environment
You will lead an indirect sales team.

This is a hybrid role based in Cileungsi, Indonesia.
