Onebrief is hiring a Federal Capture Manager to drive rapid, sustained, and profitable growth within US Federal markets. In this crucial individual contributor role, you will create and execute capture strategies to secure government contracts, grants, and programs, leading complex transactions from conception to closure.

What You'll Do

Lead complex business transactions across multiple customers, stakeholders, and organizational teams from strategy and sourcing through negotiation and contract closure.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, and industry inputs to build business strategies.
Exhibit deep knowledge of government contract regulations, information security, audit, compliance, and related procedures.
Leverage technical expertise to align government program technology requirements with Onebrief’s solution capabilities.
Represent Onebrief and the program office with external government customers, partners, and officials, preferably within the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Homeland Security.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, regulators, auditors, customers, and opinion formers.
Support proposal preparation, contract review, and negotiations, and help shape customer acquisition strategy and contract language.
Help identify, develop, and implement new contract policies and processes.
May be required to travel on an occasional basis (~25%).

What We're Looking For

Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or STEM field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in federal capture management, business development, proposal development, sales, or a related role.
Experience in federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles.
Experience leading small and medium capture efforts and winning contracts in US Public Sector markets.
Experience with the Shipley Business Development Lifecycle.
Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and analysis.
Willing and able to work out of Washington, DC.

Nice to Have

Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Top Secret level.
Experience with Government Command and Control (C2) technology, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, software products, or capabilities.
Intelligence Community and/or Department of Homeland Security capture experience.
Experience pursuing and winning government opportunities in the product development and solution domain.
Experience leading large scale capture efforts and winning contracts in US Public Sector markets.
Proficiency with government business intelligence platforms (e.g., GovWin, DACIS, Pryzm, USUL).
Experience with cost estimation and price analysis.
