Our Sales team seeks a Strategic Account Manager with high-tech sales expertise for Health & Human Service (HHS) - NIH & CDC agencies. The role focuses on expanding market share and revenue. You'll be integral to the Field Sales team working with CMS agency, responsible for developing new customer relationships and enhancing existing partnerships. Responsibilities include comprehensive sales management: pricing negotiations, contract development, order fulfillment, and managing internal support teams. You'll collaborate with partner sales, services teams, and executive leadership while implementing strategic sales plans. Successful candidates must be located in a state where our organization is registered. Responsibilities - Successfully market enterprise technology solutions at CMS - Achieve quantitative and qualitative performance metrics - Develop strategic and tactical sales plans to maximize revenue - Navigate complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure - Meet assigned sales quotas through new and existing account management - Provide technical demonstrations and price quotes - Accurately forecast and close sales aligned with organizational objectives Required Skills - 8-10 years enterprise sales experience with proven success in software/IT sectors - Solutions-oriented approach in multi-service environment - Comprehensive understanding of complete sales cycle management - Ability to work collaboratively and independently - Executive-level sales capabilities - Exceptional communication and quota attainment history - Deep understanding of government acquisition processes - Consultative customer engagement experience - Cloud, virtualization, and emerging technology sales expertise preferred - MEDDPICC sales framework experience a plus Salary Range: $207,500.00 - $342,400.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation) Compensation determined by job location, experience, skills, market value, and internal pay equity. Position may include bonus, commission, and/or equity opportunities.
