About the Role

Pearl Talent is hiring a Patient Care Scheduler to serve as a critical link between healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patients. Your core mission is to secure signed Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) and efficiently schedule clinical consultations, directly supporting better health outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to physician offices via phone, email, and online fax to introduce and secure CPAs.
  • Explain the purpose and process of CPAs to medical staff.
  • Persistently follow up on unsigned agreements using standardized scripts and sequences.
  • Accurately log all communication and document status in the CRM.
  • Schedule patients for consultations with pharmacy partners once CPAs are secured.
  • Coordinate schedules between patients and clinical teams.
  • Confirm and document all appointments, reschedules, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records for every provider and patient case.
  • Identify and escalate unresponsive or rejecting providers to the U.S. team.
  • Submit weekly activity and performance reports to the operations team.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in outreach and scheduling processes.
  • Recommend improvements or new SOPs to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other schedulers to share learnings and best practices.

  • Persistent and detail-oriented – follows up thoroughly and tracks progress accurately.
  • Critical thinker – makes suggestions to improve processes and flag issues.
  • Independent and proactive – thrives in a remote setting with minimal hand-holding.

Nice to Have

  • 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles.
  • Proven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers.
  • Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Telescope), online fax tools, Google Sheets, and remote collaboration tools like Slack and WhatsApp.
  • Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in a fully remote role.
  • Bilingual (Spanish a plus) – many patients prefer or benefit from Spanish-speaking support.
