Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) was looking for a Facility Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facility Manager to serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, coordinating tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. You will assist the Regional Manager/Sector Leads and the Account team with the delivery of quality facility management services.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Sector Lead in implementing short and long-term schedules for the client program.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Oversee appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting tailored for the client.
  • Oversee the development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative.
  • Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the account plan for assigned buildings.
  • Oversee vendor work/services to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts at all assigned facilities.
  • Understand Key Performance Indicators and ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Resolve any escalated issues, engaging the appropriate Sector Lead if necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 years industry experience in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or consultant role.
  • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point.
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
  • Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends when necessary.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
  • Experience with oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.

This role reports to the Sector Lead/Regional Manager and is part of the broader Account team.

  • Compensation range: $83,300.00 – $120,800.00 USD per year.
