HERA Organics is hiring an experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our close-knit team. You will focus on creative strategy and media buying to scale and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for a select group of high-growth DTC e-commerce brands.
What You'll Do
- Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Write compelling copy for ads
- Understand creative strategy and collaborate with Creative Strategists
- Develop new offers and approach e-commerce holistically, understanding customer journeys and funnels
- Pull reports, analyze data, and build dashboards (e.g., Google Datastudio)
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience managing Meta Ads accounts spending over $60k/month
- A deep understanding of creative strategy and what makes a great ad
- A team-player who is communicative and hungry to grow
