M3 USA is hiring an Expert Network Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Client Service team with the day-to-day management of market research studies, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. You will be a key team member responsible for field management and sample strategy execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage and control sampling and fieldwork, including screener review.
- Execute end-to-end project tasks including link setup, testing, quality checks, invitation delivery, and cost reconciliation.
- Address requests from the Support Team and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings with Project Managers to understand project specs, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Take notes and complete checklists during key meetings.
- Host market research pretest and pilot interviews for clients, ensuring they are conducted as planned.
- Build, update, and track customized fielding plans for all projects.
- Proactively seek alternative fieldwork strategies to address response rates and costs.
- Manage partners on quantitative projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance.
- Support Project Managers with invoicing to ensure timely project closure.
- Alert Project Managers to fieldwork strategies that are failing or have quality concerns.
- Design and request multichannel recruitment methodologies, including email campaigns, calling, online ads, and social media.
- Schedule respondents for market research interviews, including system creation and communication.
- Help respondents log in to qualitative platforms and troubleshoot issues.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of English grammar rules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Basic math skills with the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, and profit.
- Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English.
