Banorte is hiring an Executive – SME Banking to expand our presence in the small and medium enterprise segment. You will increase the placement of Banorte’s SME products according to established guidelines to meet growth, profitability, and market share objectives. This role is based in Reforma.
What You'll Do
- Promote comprehensive SME solutions and products like Crediactivo, TDC Empuje Negocios, TPV, BEM/BxI, and Payroll to achieve sales goals.
- Identify new client prospects in the market to drive product promotion and secure successful sales.
- Collect and compile credit documentation from clients to perform thorough analysis in our systems.
- Monitor the expiration of credit lines, promissory notes, and operations to gather renewal information, reclassify lines, and prevent portfolio delinquency.
- Manage credit lines through authorization, contracting, reclassification, and restructuring processes, coordinating with service areas to resolve documentation gaps and prevent delays.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Direct experience with SME Financial Products.
- Knowledge of SME Financial Products, sales techniques, and an existing portfolio of clients.
