- Apply the SHREK framework—analyzing Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge—to deliver structured, insightful candidate assessments.
- Keep candidate data current and compliant in the ATS, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with passive professionals to strengthen future hiring capacity.
- Monitor shifts in technology and talent markets to inform proactive recruitment planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of four years of experience in executive search or talent sourcing, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or tech-intensive industries.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough desk research and generate high-quality candidate leads.
- Working knowledge of SHREK-based assessment practices and retained search principles.
- Strong judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications against defined benchmarks.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with a track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
