About the Role

Contribute to shaping the future of mobility by identifying and evaluating elite engineering and technical talent for next-generation automotive and digital initiatives. Working remotely, you'll play a central role in sourcing professionals across software, electrical engineering, and industrial innovation sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Perform in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to uncover leading talent in fast-evolving technical domains.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, using advanced research techniques to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring teams to define role requirements and align search efforts with strategic goals.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations of candidates, assessing technical expertise, behavioral traits, and organizational alignment.
  • Apply the SHREK framework—analyzing Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge—to deliver structured, insightful candidate assessments.
  • Keep candidate data current and compliant in the ATS, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with passive professionals to strengthen future hiring capacity.
  • Monitor shifts in technology and talent markets to inform proactive recruitment planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in executive search or talent sourcing, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or tech-intensive industries.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough desk research and generate high-quality candidate leads.
  • Working knowledge of SHREK-based assessment practices and retained search principles.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications against defined benchmarks.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills with a track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability in managing concurrent searches under tight timelines.
  • Unwavering discretion when handling confidential personnel and organizational data.
