What You'll Do
Support the full lifecycle of events, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail aligns with the intended experience. You’ll manage event documentation, coordinate logistics for catering, decor, and equipment, and maintain accurate records for guest lists, shipments, and supplies. On event days, you’ll assist with setup, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in live events, hospitality, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly in evolving situations
- Skill in creating and maintaining systems without constant oversight
- Current residence in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA
- Experience with personal development or educational events is a plus
