Work remotely as a Customer Service Representative assisting clients across industries such as vacation experiences, home maintenance, and digital services. What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and guide clients through service options
- Send requested documents via email, fax, or physical mail
- Log call details accurately in a digital database
- Resolve service issues efficiently and follow through on customer needs
- Perform additional support tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience, ideally in a phone-based role
- Familiarity with Windows 7, 8, or 10 operating systems
- Reliable work history and consistent attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
