Talentful is hiring an Executive Recruitment Analyst for a 6-month W2 contract role. You will be instrumental in inventing the future of recruitment by providing deep research and strategy support for executive hiring. The role involves working deeply embedded with one client at a time to help them achieve their highest growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating search strategies, including comprehensive target company lists and candidate archetypes.
- Execute rigorous desk research for specific roles and projects.
- Become deeply embedded in a single client's culture, both socially and professionally.
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders to help them understand the value of strong talent practices.
- Provide an excellent client experience by partnering with senior recruiters for top-of-funnel and hiring event support.
What We're Looking For
- Executive Recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with recruitment analysis and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- A technical educational background.
