Epic Staffing Group is hiring an Executive Recruiter for a temporary 4–6 month contract to support a customer project in Cary, NC, beginning in 2026. This role functions as a Sourcer for PharmaLogics Recruiting, a division of Epic Staffing Group, where you will be responsible for screening applicants, qualifying them for assigned positions, and driving candidate acquisition for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
What You'll Do
- Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
What We're Looking For
- One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
- Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization.
- Ability to make quality decisions and meet the timeliness of those decisions.
- Proficiency working with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
- Capacity to work independently, see business needs, and proactively accomplish them.
- Skill in analyzing work, setting goals, developing plans of action, and utilizing time.
- Commitment to attending to the needs and expectations of customers.
- Ability to affect or change others' positions and opinions.
- Engage effectively in dialogue.
