Guidehouse Managed Services LLC is looking for an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of large, complex projects within financial crime compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance and ensuring operational deliverables meet quality standards on schedule.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage day-to-day operations for large, complex projects in financial crime compliance.
Oversee team performance, set priorities, and ensure operational deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to team leads, manage client expectations, and resolve issues to keep engagements on track.

What We're Looking For

A University Degree and a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale operational teams.
Strong leadership skills with experience in financial crime compliance, including AML, KYC/EDD, sanctions screening, or fraud operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate in high-pressure environments and deliver consistent results.

Nice to Have

Global financial crime compliance experience, including cross-border regulatory knowledge.
Expertise in transaction monitoring, investigations, and the design or improvement of compliance processes.
Prior exposure to technology-enabled compliance solutions and multi-jurisdictional operations.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $179,000.00-$298,000.00 annually.
