The Executive Assistant will provide essential administrative and organisational support to a busy company director based in Ireland. Working remotely, you will ensure smooth operations through proactive coordination, clear communication, and a commitment to efficiency and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on critical tasks and emails
- Manage the director’s calendar and schedule follow-up calls and meetings
- Export staff hours from internal systems and format them in Excel
- Share timesheets with the company accountant on a regular basis
- Distribute client documentation (e.g., training records) from cloud storage systems
- Support light social media activity by posting pre-supplied content
- Offer occasional assistance with LinkedIn content or engagement
- Maintain an organised workflow and communicate clearly on outstanding actions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficient with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage reminders, follow-ups, and multiple deadlines
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection and your own laptop
