InterContinental Grenada (IHG) is hiring an Executive Assistant Manager to lead all food and beverage service and kitchen operations at a luxury resort. You will direct a dedicated team across multiple venues to create incredible guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of quality.
What You'll Do
- Direct all food and beverage service and kitchen operations.
- Design refined food and beverage menus.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Guide and supervise the daily responsibilities of a dedicated hospitality team.
- Manage team performance.
- Keep daily operations running seamlessly.
- Work alongside Executive Chef, F&B Leads and Mixologist to create incredible experiences.
- Help shape memorable guest moments across multiple venues including banquets, signature restaurant, premium bars, Club InterContinental Lounge, private dining, and in-room dining.
