InterContinental Grenada (IHG) is hiring an Executive Assistant Manager to lead all food and beverage service and kitchen operations at our luxury resort. You will be responsible for directing a successful F&B operation, crafting remarkable dining experiences, and ensuring seamless daily performance across multiple venues.
What You'll Do
- Guide and supervise the daily responsibilities of a dedicated hospitality team.
- Oversee food and beverage equipment, facilities, and inventory to deliver outstanding guest and corporate experiences.
- Partner with the Executive Chef, F&B leads, and Mixologist to create seasonal menus aligned with evolving luxury hospitality trends.
- Ensure food safety, beverage quality, and hygiene standards meet our responsible business commitments.
- Collaborate closely with finance to establish, track, and fine-tune budgets while driving revenue performance.
- Juggle oversight of multiple teams, kitchens, and outlets capable of serving up to 600 guests.
