Deutsche Börse Group is looking for an Exchange Membership Manager to join the Member Readiness team at EEX. In this role, you will be the key point of contact ensuring companies gain fast and efficient access to EEX markets, focusing on customer satisfaction, secure processes, and regulatory compliance. You will work with an international client base and internal teams to continuously improve services and systems.
What You'll Do
- Work with several different clients simultaneously and respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with international project teams to improve service depth and quality within the EEX Group.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process and their ongoing membership at EEX.
- Manage customer master data in various IT systems and perform technical member & user setups based on pre-defined processes and checklists.
- Take challenges as opportunities to collaborate with others to improve processes and systems.
- Stay calm and focused in challenging situations, constructively support conflict resolution, and act as an advocate for the international client base.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in business, economics, or finance.
- Experience in a similar position within energy/commodity markets, banking, or economics.
- Strong customer orientation, open mindedness, high flexibility, and determination.
- A structured, self-dependent, efficient, and proactive way of working with a passion for details and complex tasks.
- Familiarity with conceptual and agile working methods, the ability to think in solutions, and a keenness to optimize processes and systems.
- A self-motivated and highly professional attitude with the ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong skills in MS-Office applications.
- Excellent communication and language skills both written and verbal in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in French or other languages is highly desirable.
