Fieldpoint develops advanced field service software. Our specialized integration with CRM, ERP, and accounting systems provides customers with enterprise visibility while optimizing sales and service workflows. We are enthusiastic about introducing a new Software Implementation Consultant to our Professional Services Team! As an Implementation Consultant, you will evaluate customer requirements and participate in designing business process solutions. You will support customers during software installation, training, customization, and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution through web conferences and on-site interactions as necessary. You will encounter multiple professional service dimensions and must demonstrate versatility. From project management to technical advisory, you will interact directly with customers while simultaneously managing backend processes. Responsibilities: - Evaluate customer requirements and contribute to business process solution design and architecture - Support customer installation, training, customization, and software deployment via web conferences and on-site interactions - Develop SQL and .NET code and custom SSRS reports - Generate high-level implementation effort estimates - Communicate status updates, challenges, and potential impacts with relevant client stakeholders Skills and Experience Requirements: - University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering, or Computer Science - 3 years of relevant Software Consultant/Developer experience - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS - Proficiency in .NET, web programming languages, HTML5, and Visual Studio - Experience in business process reengineering, preferably within CRM/ERP projects - Comprehensive functional knowledge in financial applications, industry-specific domains, field service systems, or job costing software - Robust business process analysis capabilities - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong teamwork and analytical abilities - Willingness to travel across North America for project implementations (up to 25%) Team Distribution: EverCommerce operates globally with teams in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
