About the Role
The consultant will lead client implementations, configure systems, provide training, and support adoption of software solutions to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding process for new clients
- Configure software platforms according to client needs
- Conduct training sessions for client teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor implementation timelines and milestones
- Customize workflows to align with client operations
- Document client requirements and configurations
- Troubleshoot setup challenges during deployment
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Ensure data is accurately migrated and tested
- Provide guidance on best practices for system use
- Support clients through go-live phase
- Gather feedback during implementation
- Maintain detailed implementation records
- Coordinate with support and product teams as needed
