What You'll Do
Develop original event concepts rooted in cultural insights, aligning with brand values and audience expectations. You’ll lead every phase of event planning—from initial ideation to on-site delivery—ensuring each experience reflects a premium standard.
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and third-party vendors with precision, maintaining smooth operations throughout the event lifecycle. Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and partner brands to strengthen community engagement and audience relevance.
Curate guest lists strategically to reflect brand positioning and manage on-site guest experiences with a focus on service quality. Analyze post-event performance data to assess impact, identify trends, and refine future event formats for greater effectiveness.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business, event management, marketing, or a related field
- Bring hands-on experience in event production, experiential marketing, or hospitality
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of cultural movements and creative trend translation
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities, with proven success managing complex projects
- Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders across functions
- Adapt to variable schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Be fully fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
