Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) is looking for a part-time Evaluation Methodology and Tool Development Consultant to support a global impact evaluation pilot. You will refine the evaluation approach and create standardized tools and protocols for mixed-methods data collection across diverse country settings in our Collaborative Surveillance program.
What You'll Do
- Refine and operationalize the evaluation methodology and measurement approach.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments.
- Create protocols and guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality data collection.
- Prepare training and implementation materials to support in-country data collectors.
- Review existing program documentation, impact framework, and draft indicators.
- Refine the overall evaluation design and methodological approach.
- Operationalize the measurement framework and draft indicators into measurable constructs.
- Ensure methodological rigor and alignment with best practices in mixed-methods evaluation.
- Ensure the feasibility of implementation across diverse country contexts.
Team & Environment
The consultant will work closely with RTSL technical staff.
