United Placement Group is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to focus on wills, trusts, and post-retirement planning. You will join a network of attorneys providing a smooth experience for clients from marketing to estate settlement. This role involves 100% virtual and telephonic consultations, with our firm providing client introductions and comprehensive back-office support.

What You'll Do

Focus on estate plan drafting, including wills and trusts.
Provide expert legal advice for post-retirement planning, including probate avoidance, asset protection, and business formation.
Conduct 100% virtual and telephonic consultations with clients.

What We're Looking For

Active membership with the Arkansas State Bar.
Currently in private practice.
3-5 years of estate plan drafting experience.
Expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, and succession planning.
Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.
Comfort with virtual consultations.
Professional liability insurance.
Familiarity with modern technology, including Microsoft products and CRMs.
Comfortable with virtual communication methods.

Nice to Have

Residency in the state of Arkansas.
Prior experience in business formation highly desirable.
Knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection would be advantageous.
Additional state bar admissions would be a plus.
Bilingual skills would be a plus.
