Leadership & Sustainability is looking for a freelance ESG Auditor based in Germany to conduct social and environmental audits for global supply chain partners. In this role, you will be responsible for performing SLCP verifications and environmental assessments according to industry standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site SLCP verifications, including document reviews, stakeholder interviews, and facility walkthroughs.
- Carry out environmental assessments following Higg FEM and RBA environmental modules with a focus on chemical management, energy use, water, and waste systems.
- Draft detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with facility management and workers to ensure accurate information is collected and feedback is delivered.
- Follow SLCP and ISO 14001 protocols, industry standards, and ethical guidelines during all verification processes.
What We're Looking For
- Valid APSCA CSCA certification
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification
- Qualified for Higg FEM and RBA Environmental modules
- Knowledge of local labor and environmental laws
Nice to Have
- SLCP experience is an advantage
Work Mode
This is a freelance role requiring work to be performed on-site at client facilities within Germany.
