Netflix is hiring an Equipment Recovery Specialist to support our Field team by ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of U-Haul assets. In this role, you will be central to locating missing or overdue equipment, enabling our operational success.
What You'll Do
- Obtain and organize information regarding overdue, missing, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment.
- Track and communicate the location of missing or impounded assets.
- Aid law enforcement in investigations and processes necessary for equipment recovery.
What We're Looking For
- General computer knowledge.
- 1 year of call center or collections experience.
- 1 year of office experience.
- Reliability and excellent attendance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
