AIG is hiring a Premium Audit Processing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will process audits for Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and Excess lines of business, ensuring accuracy by analyzing policies and applying manual and bureau rules.

What You'll Do

Process audits for all lines of business: Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and Excess.
Manage assigned inventory by processing audits and revisions promptly upon receipt from field audit regions.
Analyze policies and audit worksheets to ensure completion of an accurate audit advice.
Apply manual and bureau rules alongside standard processing procedures.
Interact effectively with internal and external business partners.
Prioritize and manage assigned inventory to meet production and time service goals.

What We're Looking For

At least one year or more of professional work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Learning agility and a willingness to learn from experiences and new situations.
Ability to identify problems and match solutions to appropriate resources.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.
Must be professional, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and exhibit a willingness to learn.
This job can only be performed in the state location(s) listed for the position.

Nice to Have

Some college education preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Insurance experience is a plus but not necessary.
