Highmark Health is looking for a Summer 2026 Clinical and Population Health Undergraduate Intern to join our mission of developing the next generation of diverse business professionals. This hands-on internship provides training and exposure to our business line, focusing on creating impactful, data-driven insights aligned with healthcare's Quadruple Aim.

What You'll Do

• Create data-driven insights to identify actionable opportunities aligned with the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare.
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques to aggregate, analyze, and understand patterns in varied and complex data.
• Articulate analytic findings clearly and effectively.
• Provide services to support the day-to-day operating objectives of your assigned area.
• Participate in projects and programs appropriate to the team's needs.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and reporting, including recommendations or proposals for action.
• Communicate effectively while interacting directly with colleagues, clientele, and other internal or external partners.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services as appropriate to your area.
• Undertake projects and programs designed to develop your professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in related studies or enrichment programs aligned with the operating unit's objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

Nice to Have

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Public Health, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related analytics field.
• Anticipated graduation in 2027 or 2028.
