Donaldson Company Inc. is looking for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment across the Pacific Northwest. In this results-focused role, you will be responsible for growing revenue, uncovering new opportunities, and building strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Grow sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment and related items.
- Travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet customers and identify new business.
- Sell directly to end-users and through channel partners like dealers, distributors, OEMs, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering firms to develop specifications for new capital projects.
- Create and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Gather and share voice-of-customer feedback to support internal improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Must currently reside within the designated territory: Oregon, Washington, Montana, Alaska, or Northern Idaho.
- Currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally calling on manufacturers.
- Previous experience in filtration or dust collection.
- Experience selling machinery and capital equipment directly to manufacturers.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and mobile applications.
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, independent environment.
- A strong technical or mechanical aptitude.
