St. Luke's University Health Network is hiring an Epic Beaker Analyst/Builder I to provide fundamental maintenance, support, and development for assigned Epic applications. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, testing, and ensuring changes are communicated effectively within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide basic maintenance, support, and development to assigned Epic applications.
- Resolve or facilitate the resolution of basic reported application issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
- Test and maintain application and integrated test scripts.
- Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control.
- Develop, support, and maintain KB documentation.
- Inform leadership of new release features and changes that will impact operations.
- Maintain current technical knowledge through continued education and reading.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Work with Instructional Designers to develop and maintain application-specific training materials.
What We're Looking For
- 0 – 2 years of general computer experience.
- Epic Application experience.
- MS Office experience.
Nice to Have
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 – 2 years of healthcare experience.
- 0 – 2 years of Ancillary, Clinical, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle experience.
- Hospital knowledge or experience based on the hiring team's requirements.
