Motorola Solutions is hiring a part-time, Loss Prevention Specialist for its Envysion team. In this entry-level, remote position, you will analyze client data and video using Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and operational issues, playing a key role in our customer-focused operations.

What You'll Do

Review customer data and video utilizing Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and egregious operational issues.
Document findings in an unbiased, factual manner that is clear and concise for customer presentation.
Collaborate with other specialists to create client-specific reporting used to identify theft and loss.
Meet monthly case expectations as outlined by department leadership.
Complete additional projects assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in one or more of the following: loss prevention in a restaurant/retail setting, cash handling in a QSR or retail setting, law enforcement, or banking/accounting.
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, or similar word processing and spreadsheet software.
Curiosity and drive for the job and professional field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Sound judgment and ability to use intuition to analyze situations and transactions.
Effective writing and communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new web applications quickly.
