Philips is looking for a Remote Service Engineer for our Virtual Care solutions. In this role, you will provide advanced first-line remote technical support, managing and resolving customer service requests. You'll be part of a health technology company dedicated to meaningful innovation.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced first-line remote technical support to resolve issues within one or two low complexity modalities.
- Receive, document, and prioritize customer service requests from various communication channels.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, including detailed diagnostics, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues requiring higher-level intervention.
- Ensure all technical support activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to expand your technical knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Operate under general supervision, seeking guidance for particularly complex situations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Medical, or Science related field.
Nice to Have
- Background in Healthcare or Healthcare Information Management, including HL7 messaging and clinical knowledge.
