What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact for Prestige and Executive Banking clients, you will manage and strengthen relationships using a virtual platform. You’ll assess each client’s financial situation to identify relevant banking and credit solutions that align with their goals.
You’ll guide clients through account setup, lending processes, and credit management, explaining requirements for home loans, vehicle finance, credit cards, overdrafts, and personal loans. You’ll also clarify expectations around account maintenance, such as minimum balances and payment obligations.
By conducting regular financial reviews, you’ll uncover opportunities to introduce new products and services. You’ll refer qualified leads to relevant internal teams and support seamless handoffs to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

- Proactively manage your client portfolio to increase revenue, reduce risk, and enhance retention
- Educate clients on credit health, including annual reviews and responsible borrowing practices
