What You'll Do
- Engage with prospects and current clients to clearly communicate the advantages of our platform, focusing on how it solves real business challenges.
- Develop lasting relationships with SMBs to uncover new opportunities for expansion and deeper product adoption.
- Assess client needs through targeted research and qualification, aligning solutions to specific business goals.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline.
- Work across departments—including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership—to ensure alignment and strong client outcomes.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring transparency and continuity in customer interactions.
- Represent the company at in-person industry events, connecting with professionals in HR Tech, FinTech, and payroll ecosystems.
Requirements
- Based in the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the French market.
- At least three years of experience as an Account Executive selling to SMBs, ideally within a high-growth tech company or startup.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English.
- Comfortable working with data and metrics, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments and adapts quickly to change.
- Extensive experience managing B2B client relationships and growing market presence in France.
