Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for personal banking clients through virtual channels, delivering customized banking services aligned with defined value propositions.
  • Build and deepen client relationships by identifying and selling appropriate Flexi Funeral Policy products based on individual financial needs.
  • Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable banking and credit solutions.
  • Expand and manage a portfolio of clients to increase revenue while maintaining risk, cost, and sustainability standards.
  • Adhere fully to legal regulations, quality standards, and industry banking codes.
  • Inform clients about product details, contractual terms, fees, rights, and responsibilities related to their accounts.
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally within agreed timeframes to maintain trust and reputation.
  • Encourage the use of digital banking platforms and track account activity to reduce inactivity.
