British American Tobacco Denmark is looking for an Entertainment Representative (On Premise Trade Representative) to join our Brand Activation team in Copenhagen. Your mission is to drive our leading position in the entertainment space by building impactful partnerships and executing on-site activities at venues like bars, restaurants, and festivals. This role blends sales management, marketing strategy, and relationship building to foster long-term commercial growth.
What You'll Do
- Establish strong relationships with partners and deploy activities to drive brand availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts including nightclubs, bars, and restaurants.
- Implement on-premise strategies to increase brand visibility and availability, including managing point-of-sale materials.
- Educate, train, mentor, and evaluate the team of promoters implementing entertainment activities.
- Identify and recommend new partnerships to drive product availability and incremental sales.
- Track channel performance, identify opportunities, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with laws and internal standards relating to environmental protection, safety, and fire protection.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in generating value through partner channels.
- Relationship-driven and skilled negotiator, with a talent for identifying, building and maintaining collaborations.
- Experienced strong operational mindset with the ability to execute flawlessly in fast-paced environments.
- Good verbal and written skills in both Danish and English.
- Open to travel within Denmark to support events and festivals, including occasional evening and night hours.
- Approximately 75% of time spent in the office and 25% in the field.
