Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth for enterprise content and work management platforms across designated industry sectors.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including account-specific plans and market entry approaches.
  • Translate customer pain points into profitable opportunities through customized, return-on-investment-focused offerings.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by gaining in-depth knowledge of their business needs and objectives.
  • Support clients in realizing their strategic vision by offering expert guidance and serving as a reliable consultant.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction levels consistently across all managed accounts.
  • Maintain a transparent and up-to-date sales pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Leverage digital engagement tools such as social selling, virtual presentations, and written outreach to manage enterprise clients effectively.
  • Develop strong proficiency in enterprise content management, workflow orchestration, and digital experience platforms to demonstrate full solution value.
  • Present persuasive business cases that clearly communicate product impact and differentiation.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote and increase attendance at webinars, trade shows, and other demand-generation events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners—including technology providers and integration firms—to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Monitor evolving industry dynamics, regional trends, competitive activity, and technological advancements.
  • Apply specialized knowledge in marketing operations, resource planning, project execution, and portfolio oversight to support client success.
