About the Role

Sphera India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive for our Product Stewardship solutions. You will sell to a mix of new and existing enterprise customers, focusing on hunting new accounts, identifying their pain points, and closing large, complex software deals to drive significant revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Sell to Enterprise accounts, with a focus on hunting new accounts.
  • Execute against yearly sales goals and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Qualify and disqualify new business opportunities while identifying customer pain.
  • Conduct hunting activities including cold calling, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers.
  • Drive revenue growth across Sphera's Product Stewardship business lines, including Chemical Management and SDS Authoring.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Product Stewardship software and the value it delivers.
  • Deliver solution presentations to key customers.
  • Develop enterprise software license proposals and negotiate enterprise software contracts.
  • Learn customer decision processes and create closing plans for forecasted business.
  • Close business in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000.
  • Experience working with or selling to, the chemical industry as well as discrete and process manufacturing clients.
  • An understanding of chemical compliance, specifically around Safety Data Sheet Authoring and the process of Managing & Handling Chemicals.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales.
  • Strong hunter skills.
  • Experience should include negotiations, successful partnerships and / or joint ventures.
  • Has implemented successful sales strategies in changing markets.
  • Assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Has personally closed major deals and maintains effective interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and navigate a complex, heavily matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Consistently met or surpassed yearly quota.
  • Bilingual - German and English Speaker.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC Sales Methodology.

Team & Environment

You will work within Sphera's sales team and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers.
