About the Role

INDG Grip is hiring a senior Enterprise Sales Executive to focus exclusively on acquiring new enterprise customers. This individual contributor role owns opportunities from the first conversation through signed annual commitment, working closely with internal Solutions teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.

What You'll Do

  • Own net-new enterprise opportunities from qualification to close.
  • Lead discovery, define deal strategy, map stakeholders, and engage executives.
  • Drive structured, high-preparation sales cycles with thorough meeting preparation and internal alignment.
  • Guide prospects through a structured evaluation process resulting in annual commercial commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions teams throughout the sales cycle to align commercial ambition and technical feasibility.
  • Multi-thread enterprise accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline with high CRM hygiene, accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of significant enterprise new business experience.
  • Proven track record of closing multiple large enterprise deals in the range of €100K to €1M+ in annual contract value.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology products, ideally AI-driven, platform-based, or infrastructure-oriented solutions.
  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles (6 to 12 months or longer).
  • Strong collaboration experience with Solutions / presales teams.
  • High standards for preparation, detail, and CRM discipline.
  • Strategic relationship builder skilled at multi-threading accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven, comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Speak at least one major European business language (French, German, Dutch, or Italian).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling content-related AI solutions is a plus.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with internal Solutions teams throughout the sales cycle.
