ECP is hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Executive

About the Role

ECP is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business within the enterprise market segment for our SaaS solution designed for senior living communities. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, acting as a product expert and consultant to build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Qualify new sales leads and create tailored software demonstrations.
  • Emphasize product features to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Perform outbound outreach to leads and partner companies within the target market.
  • Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company brand and develop relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing) to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with prospective customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Follow internal process for maintaining accurate and timely CRM records.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Become an expert in the company's product, services, and industry.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience within the assisted living industry.
  • Experience with technology or software sales.
  • Proven experience meeting quota in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of eMAR, EHR, ECP or CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with internal teams including Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing.

Work Mode

This position operates locally within the country, serving a national territory.
