NVIDIA is hiring an Enterprise ISV Account Manager

About the Role

NVIDIA is looking for an Enterprise ISV Account Manager to foster strategic partnerships with leading enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). You will build and grow relationships with a portfolio of ISVs, drive adoption of NVIDIA's AI platforms and SDKs, and develop joint go-to-market strategies to shape the next wave of AI-powered enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise ISVs.
  • Drive adoption of NVIDIA SDKs and AI platforms within ISV products and solutions.
  • Develop and implement collaborative go-to-market strategies to boost revenue and market influence.
  • Build trusted relationships across developers, C-level executives and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA solution architects and product teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Represent NVIDIA at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums.
  • Manage account strategy, forecasting, opportunity management, and enablement.
  • Travel as needed (25-35%).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of enterprise sales, partner management, ISV ecosystem or open source software sales.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software markets (ERP, CRM, Analytics, Collaboration, Security, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and workflows (GenAI, LLMs, conversational AI, inference).
  • Experience working with developers and architects on SDK/API integration and open source adoption strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving co-sell success with ISVs.
  • Displayed critical thinking skills, leadership in ideas, and influence across functions.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AI and data science workflows, including NVIDIA AI SDK and Frameworks (NeMo, Riva, NIMs, Triton, RAPIDS, Omniverse, CUDA-X Libraries).
  • Previous role driving AI adoption at an ISV, selling open source software (OSS), or building joint GTM plays with hyperscalers.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or technical pre-sales with an AI/ML focus.
  • Passion for transforming enterprise workflows through AI.
  • Consistent record of delivering joint revenue growth through ISV partnerships.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $224,000 - $356,500 for Level 5, and $248,000 - $391,000 for Level 6.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Benefits package.
