Gravity Sketch is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers' long-term success. You will be instrumental in their journey post-sale, working to maximize the value they obtain from our platform and laying a strong foundation for our Customer Success function.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers, engaging with individuals from end users to senior management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop mutually agreed-upon success plans addressing their specific challenges.
- Act as the quarterback on the account, leading and coordinating internal teams' efforts to achieve success.
- Coordinate large-scale rollouts of licenses and handle communication and logistics with new users and teams.
- Take learnings from accounts to understand best practices for delivering change management at an Enterprise level.
- Educate and train customers on how to leverage product features to enhance their understanding and confidence.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights and drive actions within your accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, informing other departments about customer use and value maximization.
- Gather and communicate product feedback based on personal experience and customer insights.
- Contribute to the analysis, planning, and execution of Customer Success processes.
What We're Looking For
- Considerable experience working in an enterprise customer success environment.
- Previously responsible for the growth and churn of a book of business.
- Excellent structure and organisation, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven: Able to hit the ground running and execute quickly once aligned on a plan.
- Passion and curiosity: Avid interest in VR, design, and understanding how different products are made.
- Grit: Positive attitude, strong team working skills, and hungry for success.
- People-oriented: Excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience with software in the product design workflow (e.g., Gravity Sketch, CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Footwear-focused design degree.
- German verbal and written skills.
