LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative for our Nursing Health Education division. In this remote role, you will be vital in supporting enterprise customers, the sales team, and Customer Success Managers. You'll ensure exceptional customer support and facilitate seamless contract and billing processes.
What You'll Do
- Maintain customer accounts in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and legal teams to expedite contract negotiations and secure approvals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quotes are generated and delivered promptly.
- Confirm key invoice details with customers before the billing date to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide support and expertise for special initiatives across the broader team.
