About the Role

Faro Health Inc. is looking for an Enterprise Account Strategy and Sales Professional to join our mission-driven team. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the life sciences sector, focusing on Enterprise pharma and biotech companies. In this role, you will use your deep industry knowledge to understand client needs and offer solutions using the Faro Study Designer platform to decrease burden and boost efficiency in clinical trial protocols.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage life science expertise to identify market opportunities by qualifying pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, and craft a strategic plan to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current key clients to understand account dynamics and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to evaluate and offer solutions to current challenges that expand business.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact and platform demo to contract finalization.
  • Enhance market strategy by tracking competitor products and gathering field intelligence.
  • Drive revenue growth by forecasting, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
  • Document and manage all sales activities using a web-based CRM system.
  • Create proposals and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to share client feedback and requirements.
  • Play a key role in developing company sales objectives and achieving goals through innovative and effective methods.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of sales experience or consulting experience working with pharmaceutical companies in Clinical Research.
  • Demonstrated understanding of drug development processes and technologies.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into Enterprise pharma and/or biotech companies.
  • Experience in Consulting or Customer Success.
  • Excellent team player with demonstrated track record of success in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Consistent commitment to delivering on team goals with a sense of shared urgency.
  • Must currently reside in California, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, or New York.
  • Travel will be required up to 50% of the time.

  • Consultative sales professional with SaaS experience.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $150,000 to $175,000 + equity. Equity will be a major component of total compensation; higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of this size.
