Immersive Labs is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager - East

About the Role

Immersive Labs is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager - East to acquire our top enterprise clients and grow our presence within those flagship accounts. You will be responsible for selling to Fortune 500 companies, focusing on CISOs and senior cybersecurity leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Work on a win and retain basis to secure new business with our largest enterprise customers and expand Immersive's footprint within those accounts.
  • Leverage marketing leads, technical resources, and channel or alliance partners as required.
  • Attend relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of Immersive Labs' offering.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts.
  • Live the Immersive values, displaying our culture to prospect companies through your interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience selling to large enterprise accounts within the Fortune 500.
  • Experience in a high-growth company, understanding the pace and attention to detail required in a scaling environment.
  • Understanding of the daily challenges faced by senior cybersecurity leaders, as you will engage with CISOs, VPs of Cyber, and Senior SOC leaders.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and winning net-new logos at complex global customers.
  • Experience leading a sales cycle that educates clients on the true value of a new cybersecurity solution.
  • Experience executing account plans using all available resources including Channel Partners, SDRs, Pre-sales, and professional services within an efficient timescale.

Team & Environment

You will have the support of marketing, pre-sales, channel sales, and customer success.

  • Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary plus equity.
