Jasper is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to partner strategically with leading brands. You will be responsible for scaling their use of Jasper’s Marketing AI platform, uncovering new opportunities, expanding impact, and driving measurable business results. This role owns and grows a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of Jasper's largest enterprise customers, driving new revenue growth through expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across marketing, IT, procurement, and executive teams to ensure alignment and long-term success.
- Partner with VP- and C-level executives and lead regular business reviews with customers: present value delivered, usage trends, roadmap alignment, and next-stage opportunities.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans that map stakeholders, business goals, and growth strategies.
- Lead complex deal cycles from opportunity discovery through close, collaborating with internal partners to craft compelling solutions.
- Deliver strategic business reviews that highlight ROI, performance insights, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless expansion experiences.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities, forecast accurately, and drive consistent new revenue results.
- Advocate internally for the customer, sharing feedback that influences product direction and future roadmap decisions.
- Contribute to Jasper's high-performing, collaborative sales culture by sharing learnings and best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience
- At least 3+ years managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- Proven success driving expansion and cross-sell revenue within complex organizations
- Expertise in enterprise sales motions, including multi-stakeholder alignment, executive engagement, and value-based selling
- Strong business acumen. Able to connect marketing and operational challenges to Jasper's AI-driven outcomes
- Experience leading complex deal cycles and coordinating with legal, procurement, and security teams
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, including integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — equally comfortable in strategic discussions with CMOs and tactical sessions with end users
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and account planning tools
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving customer success and revenue growth
- Curiosity about AI innovation and excitement about helping global brands transform how they create and communicate
