FORM is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand relationships with our most significant enterprise customers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer success, and identifying strategic opportunities within a dynamic commercial environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth and expansion within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to build long-term, consultative partnerships with key clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to negotiation and contract renewal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer objectives are met and to champion client needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and provide regular reporting on account status and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an enterprise account management or strategic sales role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, particularly in account growth and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop strategic account plans.
