Kustomer is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, West

About the Role

Kustomer is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to be a key member of our West region sales team. You will be responsible for building a book of business within your territory and growing our enterprise client base exponentially.

What You'll Do

  • Work with sales leadership to define and execute on quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the full sales process forward.
  • Drive acquisition of new enterprise clients through the entire sales life cycle.
  • Deliver Kustomer's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader in the market.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively position our solution.
  • Attend industry events to grow Kustomer's market presence.
  • Coordinate closely with the customer experience team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a quota of $800K+.
  • Proven track record of selling to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working at early-stage growth startups.
  • Technical ability and experience to conduct your own product demonstrations.
  • Availability to work in the Pacific and/or Mountain Time Zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to the Customer Experience (CX) side of an organization.
  • Past experience selling a SaaS CRM solution.

Team & Environment

You will partner with a Business Development Representative (BDR), a Partner Manager, and marketing colleagues to build and manage your territory.
