Kognitos is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new growth across the United States. This is a hunter role for someone with a founder's mindset, building pipeline from scratch and closing complex enterprise deals in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts across the U.S.
- Prioritize accounts within manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking, executive outreach, and partnerships.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Leverage understanding of industry-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across large enterprises and expand influence across business units.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including technical validation, proof of value, procurement, and executive approvals.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and business cases aligned to operational and financial impact.
- Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success for seamless execution and long-term growth.
- Own and exceed quota.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progression.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, automation, AI, or enterprise platforms).
- Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, or financial services.
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and regulated environments.
- Track record of building pipeline independently and closing net-new enterprise logos.
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles.
Nice to Have
- Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies.
- Experience selling into highly regulated or operationally intensive industries.
- Prior startup experience in a high-growth environment.
