Kong is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to be our strategic sales leader for Switzerland. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding Kong's presence across the region.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, for enterprise accounts in Switzerland.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with key technical and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Engineers and Marketing, to drive customer success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas selling to enterprise-level accounts.
- Deep experience selling complex software solutions, ideally in the API management, microservices, or cloud-native infrastructure space.
- Established network and understanding of the Swiss business landscape, particularly within the enterprise and financial services sectors.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage in strategic, value-based conversations with C-level executives.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
