Confluent is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic to drive business growth in the Philippines. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts by delivering business outcomes for large enterprise customers through solution selling.
What You'll Do
- Build awareness for Kafka and Confluent.
- Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline in the Philippines, contributing to Enterprise revenue.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
- Build strong and effective relationships within the Enterprise space to create growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing Confluent Partners.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans based on viral methods and organic growth.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of Enterprise sales experience in the Technology space.
- Deep experience selling within the Database, Open Source, Messaging, or Big Data space into Malaysia Enterprise space.
- An ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data.
- Experience selling to Software Developers or Technology leaders including C-Suite Executives.
- Experience of working in a sales role in a high growth organization.
Work Mode
This role operates in a local-country work mode within the Philippines.
